About Us
Where we came from
Woodcliffe Farm was founded over a century ago by John Moore and Isobel Grahame, who named it after Isobel’s family home in Stirling, Scotland. The original Woodcliffe Farm consisted of a half section of land, purchased in 1906, which John and Isobel developed and farmed together. They raised four children — Isobel, Barbara, Agnes, and Richard — and the property was later divided among them.

Woodcliffe Today
Today’s Woodcliffe Farm sits on the parcel that belonged to Richard (Dick) Moore, Angeline’s grandfather. Dick and his wife Vera raised two daughters, Linda and Terri, who continue to live on the farm. Linda and her husband Dennis have been stewards of the land for 45 years, raising their children here: Bryna, Braden, Natasha, and Angeline. Angeline and her two children, Zayn and Flint, now carry forward more than a century of connection to farming this land.
Woodcliffe Farm continues that legacy of stewardship, resilience, and respect for the land. We raise our animals in agro-forestry and pasture-based systems that support healthy soils, thriving ecosystems, and strong local food systems — honouring the pioneering spirit that first brought John and Isobel to this land.
