We operate a provincially inspected processing facility specializing in the humane and efficient processing of poultry and small livestock, including chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and rabbits. Our facility meets all provincial food safety and animal welfare standards, providing producers with reliable, compliant processing services they can trust. By combining skilled handling with modern equipment and strict sanitation protocols, we help ensure high-quality, safe products while offering a dependable local option for small and mid-scale producers. We have no booking minimum and no surcharges for small batches.

Parting and sausage making is available through our partner butcher shop, North Okanagan Butcher Hub. We offer complimentary delivery to their shop.
