Our pigs are pasture raised and fed a locally sourced, certified organic soy-free feed. This option allows for full customization of wanted cuts. Average weight is 90-110lbs.

This price is "on-the-rail", meaning you pay $7.50/lb for the weight of the carcass once the inedible parts are removed. You can expect to get 60-70% of this weight back in meat, depending on the cuts you select (boneless vs. bone-in) plus bones if you want. Organ meat is also included at no extra cost, if desired.

A cut sheet will be sent prior to processing to allow custom cutting to your specification.

You can opt to have sausage made and some cuts cured (hams and bacon), at an additional cost.

The price of $750 is based on average weight. Your invoice total will be calculated once there is a final weight on your meat.
